Pair of late 19th century Victorian era Stafforshire porcelain dogs, hand painted in black and white with gilding to the collars. No marks present. These were made into lamps sometime in the 20th century. Each is in excellent antique condition having wear and fading to gilding consistent with age and mounted to wooden bases. The noted height is to the finial. The dog alone measures: 15″ H (38 cm) x 11″ W (28 cm) x 6.5″ D
